Brief

Castlebridge entrust a broad range of services with The Dataquest Group including; IT, Telecommunications, Managed Print Services and Connectivity. Castlebridge originally invited Dataquest’s involvement with a new project to build and fit out The Hotel Indigo in Chester. After demonstrating a proven track record across a wide portfolio of technology they required, Castlebridge commissioned Dataquest to deliver their IT solution.

The new build required ground-up design and implementation of the IT infrastructure and systems. These would eventually support both their business and customers’ needs. We put together the entire IT and Tele- communications infrastructure, ensuring integration with hospitality systems and compliance to brand standards.

The experience has proven so successful for Castlebridge, that they are actively looking to partner with The Dataquest Group on future projects.

Implementaion

Dataquest took ownership of the IT project management, interfacing with technology providers and hospitality system vendors to ensure that all ran smoothly. This helped demystify integration challenges for our customer and simplified the chain of responsibility and communication.

We ensured all systems were compliant with the IHG brand standards, providing input and ideas to get the best solution for our client.

We also actively participated in wider project meetings with all parties involved in the hotel build. This provided first hand awareness and input in relation to project progression, timescales and deliverables.

During the project, Castlebridge gained access to a varied team of our industry specialists via a highly visible account manager. Weekly updates and calls were organised to provide on-tap expertise, updates and progress reports. This enabled Castlebridge to concentrate on other aspects of the build.

Castlebridge are very happy with the results.

Recently given a customer care score of 10 all round.
